Construction Quality Rating: BETTER THAN MOST

We found “Good” Quality of Construction in all G: Corp completed projects. The Company has outsourced construction of this project to a third party contractor, which is not a known engineering company. Even though the Project is designed by the well-known design firm Andy Fisher of Singapore, the local architecture firm coordinating the design work is not a known name in Bangalore. We found the floor plan to be average and not up to the required standard of a luxury product.
