We have benchmarked Godrej United against other high-rise apartment projects near Hoodi Circle. We found the Price of Godrej United “Expensive” compared to those of similar apartments in the same micro-market. Reason could be a “premium” for Godrej brand which is in this case is ~5%. Not a high premium for a reputed pan India “Godrej” brand.
