The Project is opposite to Avalahalli Lake and next to Prestige Royale Gardens on Yelahanka – Doddaballapur Main Road.
Bren Imperia is located in Shubh Enclave between two lakes – Kasavanahalli Lake and Kaikondrahalli Lake. Shubh Enclave is one of the oldest residential layouts on Haralur Road and has primarily individual bungalows. The immediate neighbourhood is a developed residential place having several residential apartments and retail shops. Avalahalli Lake, which is located diagonally opposite to Vajram Tiara, is within 75 meters of buffer zone suggested by NGT judgement of May’16.
