Construction Quality Rating: BETTER THAN MOST

We found “Excellent” Quality of Construction in all its completed projects. The construction in all its Projects is outsourced to well-known engineering firms so one can expect high quality of construction and finishing. Though the Project offers premium specifications, it fails to provide enough green space to its residents. The existing provision for Green Park shall be lost in proposed road widening of Bannerghatta Main Road. Hence, we couldn’t give a possible rating of “9” here.
