Phase 2 of the Metro will increase the connectivity from Puttenahalli to Anjanapura providing major fillip to demand for residential projects on this stretch.
We found the price of Mantri Serenity “Less” compared to prices of other competing projects on Kanakapura Main Road. We found “Excellent” Quality of Construction in all its completed projects. The Company outsources the construction to large EPC firms such as JMC Projects and Tata Constructions. The builder works with well-known project consultants & hence buyers can expect a good quality product for the given specification.
However, we have downgraded the construction rating from 9 to 8 because of recent accident that happened at Mantri Mall at Malleshwaram.
