We found the price of Prestige Falcon City “Expensive” compared to prices of other competing projects in the immediate vicinity. Price will see healthy appreciation in future post the completion of Phase 2 of Namma Metro, Forum Mall, the School and Mantri Arena mall nearby.
The arrival of Namma Metro has significantly improved the connectivity of Kanakapura Main Road with the rest of city. Prices have subsequently shot up by over 15% on the Kanakapura Main Road in the last 2 years. Phase 2 of the Metro will increase the connectivity from Puttenahalli to Anjanapura providing major fillip to demand for residential projects on this stretch.

The ability to maintain quality of construction in such a large project is one of the most critical challenge.
