We have benchmarked SNN Raj Spiritua against other high-rise apartment projects within 5 Km radius. We found the price of the Project “Less” compared to prices of other competing projects. In our opinion the lower price is primarily because of lower brand equity of SNN Builders compared to its much larger competitors such as Prestige Group and Sobha as well as smaller size of the project which offers limited amenities to its residents.

The Project is located in a densely developed layout with very limited large land supply in the immediate neighborhood. We believe there would be strong demand for this property even in future because of close proximity to Namma Metro.

The Project is very close to upscale suburbs of Jayanagar and JP Nagar.

We found “Average” Quality of Construction in all its completed projects. However, the biggest and most attractive feature in a SNN project is the wide range of world class amenities and sports facilities. In fact SNN Builders’ projects have become benchmark for variety of amenities for all competing projects in a micro-market.

Unfortunately Raj Spiritua being a small project (just 1 acre land) there are very limited range of amenities, green spaces and sports facilities.
