We have benchmarked Bren Champions Square against other high-rise apartment projects on & off Sarjapura Main Road within 5 Km radius. We found the Price of Bren Champions Square “Less” compared to those of projects in the same micro-market. Buyers can expect healthy price appreciation in the project post completion primarily because of:
1) leasing of RGA Tech Park, which is a 2.2 million sq. ft. Grade A IT Tech Park just 200 meters north of the Project. This Tech Park can house around 22,000 software professionals when fully leased out.
2) Wipro SEZ (3rd campus), which is under construction, is diagonally opposite to the Project. When completed it can accommodate up to 30,000 IT professionals.

However, two very large commercial developments – RGA Tech Park and Wipro SEZ (3rd campus) – have come up in the immediate neighbourhood which shall change the characteristics of location and lead to fast paced development of social infrastructure. When fully operational both these campuses can accommodate up to 60,000 IT professionals. Additionally, Namma Metro Phase III shall have a metro station at Carmelaram, which is just 100 meters from the Project.
