We have benchmarked Rohan Iksha against other high-rise apartment projects in and around Bellandur locality, on or off Outer Ring Road & Sarjapura Main Road. We found the price of Rohan Iksha “Less” compared to other competing projects in the immediate neighbourhood.
As there is good supply of residential properties in this location as well as on Sarjapura Main Road there will be limited price appreciation in future as buyers are spoilt for choices.

We found “Good” Quality of Construction in all Rohan Builders completed projects. The Company does the construction in-house and has 1000+ dedicated professionals in its real estate and infrastructure verticals.
Individual homes in the Project have been designed to provide 360 degree view. The buildings are placed mostly along the periphery of the Property, hence large central landscaped courtyards are created and beautifully designed.
Sadly, the project offers a very limited range of amenities & sports facilities to its residents. A project of this size should offer much more amenities and sports facilities. Builder has claimed the possession in March 2018, however it looks unlikely it will be delivered on time. Hence, we have given only 7/10 rating for facilities & construction against a possible 8/10.
