Skylark Ithaca is a high-rise group housing project by Skylark Mansions. The Project Site is located in Kodigehalli, KR Puram, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We have benchmarked Skylark Ithaca against apartment projects on Old Madras Road and near to Hoodi Circle within 5 to 6 Km. We found the price of Ithaca “Less” compared to those of similar apartments in the same micro-market. However, the price is expected to be lower than most of projects mentioned in the table because of location and brand equity.

Construction Quality Rating: ABOUT AVERAGE

We found “Good” Quality of Construction in all its completed projects. This is the largest group housing project being developed by Skylark Mansions. The company has outsourced its construction to L&T while the project was designed by well-known architectural firm RSP Architects. Buyers can expect good quality of product in this project. However, the Project offers very limited range of amenities and sports facilities in spite of its massive size.

The pace of construction looks good at this stage. Out of 19 towers, 11 towers are expected to be handover by March’17 while other 8 towers will be handed over by December’18.
