The immediate neighbourhood is an industrial belt with a large presence of pharmaceuticals & logistics companies.
OMR is well-connected to IT hubs of Whitefield, Marathahalli Ring Road and MG Road. However, the nearest known IT Park is almost 10 Kms away and the entire route is prone to heavy traffic during peak hours. OMR also connects to Hoskote, which is one of the prominent industrial hubs at the outskirt of Bangalore. However, social Infrastructure is yet to be fully developed in the neighbourhood as people have to travel to KR Puram for their shopping and medical requirement.

We found “Good” Quality of Construction in all its completed projects. Bren has its own large construction team and use small contractors to do piecemeal work.
The Project offers a limited range of amenities and sports facilities compared to other competing projects, which have much wider range of sports facilities. This is probably because Bren Starlight is the smallest of all other competing projects and hence lesser land area to accommodate amenities and sports facilities.
