We found the Price of Vaishnavi Oasis “Less” compared to those of similar competing projects in the same micro-market. However, for the location the project appears to be “Fairly” priced as the immediate neighbourhood is not developed with poor social infrastructure. Additionally, the project offers very limited range of amenities and sports facilities.

We found “Good” Quality of Construction in all its completed projects. The construction in the Project is done in-house, Vaishnavi Group has a well-established project management and execution team.
Unfortunately, the Project offers very limited rage of amenities and sport facilities. Not expected from a builder of Vaishnavi’s repute. Almost all other competing projects are offering much better range of amenities.
